How Our Service is Delivered
Our service is delivered digitally via email. When you purchase a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) application service from us, you receive a digital service.
Delivery Method
All services are delivered electronically via email.
Your completed Thailand Digital Arrival Card is delivered to you as a PDF file via email. This ensures fast, secure delivery directly to your inbox.
Delivery Timeline
We offer two processing and delivery options:
Standard Processing
Delivered within 4 hours
Your TDAC PDF will be emailed to you within 4 hours of completing your application and payment.
Express Processing
FastestDelivered within 30 minutes
Your TDAC PDF will be emailed to you within 30 minutes of completing your application and payment.
What You Receive
After your payment is processed, you will receive:
- Order Confirmation Email - Immediate confirmation of your order with order ID and next steps
- Additional Information Request - If required, we may request additional travel and accommodation details to complete your TDAC application
- TDAC PDF Delivery Email - Your completed Thailand Digital Arrival Card as a PDF attachment, ready to present upon arrival in Thailand
Post-Payment Process
After you complete payment, our system may request additional information required for the TDAC application:
- Accommodation details in Thailand
- Travel information
- Emergency contact information
You will receive an email notification with a secure link to provide this information. Once all required details are submitted, our automated system processes your application and submits it to the Thai TDAC system.
Email Delivery
Your TDAC PDF will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please ensure:
- You provide a valid, active email address
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see our emails
- Add our email address to your contacts to ensure delivery
- You can access your email while traveling
Using Your TDAC
Once you receive your Thailand Digital Arrival Card PDF:
- Save the PDF to your device (phone, tablet, or computer)
- Print a physical copy as a backup (recommended)
- Present the TDAC (digital or printed) to Thai immigration upon arrival
- Keep a copy accessible during your stay in Thailand
Lost or Didn't Receive Your TDAC?
If you haven't received your TDAC PDF within the stated delivery time, or if you've lost your copy:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Contact our support team with your order ID
- We can resend your TDAC PDF at no additional charge
